How Supplied: each kit contains:
  • Octreoscan™ Reaction Vial (10µg pentetreotide, 2mg gentisic acid, 4.9mg trisodium citrate, 0.37mg citric acid, 10mg inositol) 
  • In-111 chloride vial (3.3mCi in 1.1cc) 
  • one 25 gauge 5/8" transfer needle (BD, Monoject)  
Calibration: In-111 chloride calibrated:
  • Friday @ 18:00 CT (3.3 mCi)
  • Sunday @ 18:00 CT (3.3 mCi)
Expiration: 
  • In-111 chloride vial expires 1 day after calibration
  • Reconstituted vial expires 6 hours from time of preparation
Storage: **refrigerate PRIOR to reconstitution**
Availability:
  • Friday calibrated material first available to ship Sunday for Monday delivery (4 days pre-cal)
  • Sunday calibrated material first available to ship Tuesday for Wednesday delivery (4 days pre-cal)
