Carbon-11 choline

Approved Use: Indicated for PET imaging of patients with suspected prostate cancer recurrence (based on elevated PSA levels following initial therapy) and non-informative bone scintigraphy, CT or MRI.  C-11 choline may help identify potential sites of prostate cancer recurrence for subsequent histologic confirmation.
